Is this “name it and claim it” or prosperity teaching?
No. This is not a formula for getting whatever you want by claiming it hard enough. The emphasis throughout is on grace — on what God has already accomplished, not on human effort or willpower. Does the book tell people to deny reality or ignore doctors?

Truth defines authority. Faith doesn't deny reality — it refuses to bow to it.
